Through the nocturnal wanderings of two young men in Paris, Héléna Klotz captures the melancholy and disorderly romance of an entire rebellious generation.
Two teenagers meet up one Saturday evening to roam together. As they cross through Paris, the meetings and disillusions add up to the point where they question their feelings for one another.
Shorter version of ATOMIC AGE, Héléna Klotz's debut feature film and winner of the Jean-Vigo prize in 2012.

Helena Klotz started her career in theatre as an assistant director. She then worked in casting on features by Nicolas Klotz, Laurent Achard, Katell Quillévéré and Eva Ionesco. In 2003 she made her first short, LE LÉOPARD NE SE DÉPLACE JAMAIS SANS SES TACHES (Locarno Festival). In 2007, she directed the documentary, LES AMANTS CINÉMA, on her parents Nicolas Klotz et Elisabeth Perceval. In 2012 she directed ATOMIC AGE, her first feature film, which was selected in the Panorama section of the Berlinale and was awarded the Jean-Vigo Prize.
There is some kind of radicality when we are teenagers which still resembles me. An absolute desire which I find touching and beautiful, since ephemeral, and which is quite related to my desire for cinema.
